Our Panda Room is designed especially for babies and toddlers, from 3 months to 2 years old. With a cosy, carpeted space and a true home-from-home feel, it provides a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can settle and thrive.

We understand how emotional it can be to leave your baby in the care of others. To help make the transition easier, we encourage parents to visit with their child before starting, so that you can get to know us, feel reassured, and build confidence in the care we provide.

Our practitioners have completed specialist training in caring for children under the age of two. They create a warm, stimulating, and responsive environment that supports each baby’s individual routines, development, and learning needs. We also help babies begin to explore the seven areas of learning—Physical Development, Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language, Expressive Arts and Design, Understanding the World, Literacy, and Mathematics—through a balance of adult-led activities and child-led play woven into our daily routines.

We are fortunate to have a lovely outdoor area where babies can safely explore and enjoy fresh air every day, further supporting their learning and development.

When your child reaches around 2 years old, we will work closely with you to support a smooth transition into the Polar Bear Room.
