Here at Teddy Bears Childcare, we strive to support children’s health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on preventing overweight and obesity. We promote healthy habits through our nutritious, low-sugar, homemade 4 week rolling menu and by encouraging balanced eating every day. As a water- and milk-only setting, we do not offer juice, helping children develop positive lifelong hydration habits. Our approach is grounded in significant national and international research highlighting the negative impact excess weight can have on children’s development and long-term health.
